Lara brings a blend of authenticity, courage, and empathy to everything she does, along with just a touch of good-humoured irreverence. 

Lara works with individuals, teams, and organizations to motivate them to reach their potential, heighten their performance, and live with purpose and passion. Inspiring courage, possibility, and joy are what she’s all about. For over two decades, (ie. she’s getting up there), it's been her professional passion.

Lara is truly at her best when galvanizing people and their teams to grow, step up as leaders, and discover fulfillment in their work. As an award-winning coach, creator, facilitator, and HR executive, she is recognized for her leadership expertise and passion for human development!

Recently named as one of the top 15 coaches in Toronto, according to Influence Digest, Lara speaks at global events about leadership, culture transformation, and coaching. She teaches courses on Women in Leadership and contributes to professional journals as a writer. Lara continues to share her ideas on leadership, life, and transformation on LinkedIn. 

In addition to private practice experience and industry coaching certifications, Lara has close to 15 years of executive experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Learning & Development in the academic and private sectors.

Outside of work, Lara unabashedly nerds out on music and musical theatre. She’ll bust some moves when she thinks no one is watching and will *even* throw her hands in the air like she just don’t care ( much to the chagrin of her two kids).

Best decision ever? She married the guy she met in line at a bar on Halloween night in the mid-90s. You’ll have to book a meeting to get the rest of that story…
